What is teeontime?
teeontime is an international portal - independent of any association - for booking teetimes. By using interfaces to local software providers such as for example albatros and pc caddie golf clubs can use the services of teeontime without having to install any additional software. At the moment more than 3000 golf clubs can be booked online. The golf clubs are separated into two booking groups: golf clubs which can be booked real time and on inquiry. If the booking is real time, the teetime is booked directly into the golf clubs own timetable. If the booking is on inquiry the customer is informed within two working days if the teetime is available or not.

How can I book teetimes?
Using teeontime is very easy. Once you have registered yourself free of charge and activated your account you can book teetimes in three simple steps.

1) Search:
Country, region or favourite club – you can enter different criteria into our user friendly search machine. The club or the area with different golf courses will be listed.

2) Find:
One click takes you to the timetable and shows you free flights.

3) Book:
Another click starts the booking process which ends with a written confirmation by e-mail. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge according to the clubs requirements up to 24h before the starttime. The greenfee is charged easily and safely to your credit card.

How do I register myself?
Click on the “Registration” button and fill in the form.

During registration, the following message appears: “A person with the same user identification already exists”. What does that mean?
Another person has already registered himself with the same user identification you chose. Please select a different user identification.

Do I have to enter my birth date during registration?
Yes. All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk and must be filled in. You have to enter your birth date because you must be 18 years old to register yourself on teeontime.

Do I have to enter my handicap during registration?
Yes. Certain golf clubs require a minimum handicap, which will be checked during the booking process.

Do I have to indicate my home club when I register myself?
If your home club is included in the list of participating clubs, you can select and register it. This makes it possible for you to book in your home club free of charge.

Do I have to enter my e-mail address?
Yes. Your e-mail address is used by teeontime to inform you about your registration code as well as your booking or cancellation details.

Do I have to accept the Data Protection Agreement?
Yes. You can access the Privacy Agreement by selecting the link „Privacy“ in the registration from. This way you can be sure that your data will not be passed on to a third person.

What is the flag „my teeontime“?
This flag contains all the information that you have entered during the registration. You can change these details any time you want, for example when you have moved house or when your handicap has improved. You can also manage information regarding your bookings, such as your flight partners or favourite golf clubs.How can I change my password?
You can change your password in the flag „Password“. First enter your present password, then select a new one and confirm it twice. Your new password is now acitve.

What does „Flight partners“ mean?
„Flight partners“ are those golfers with whom you frequently play golf. You can either select them from the list of registered club members of your home club, or you can add them by clicking on the link „Add other“. During the booking you can then select one or several of your flight partners by using the „add a friend“ button.

How can I find a golf club?
You can find a golf club by clicking either on „book your teetime“ or „start“. You can then search the club with its name or start a radius search. You can also search in different countries and regions by using the drop down menu. This regional search can help you find a golf club if you do not know the name of the course but you know where you want to play.

What does „Go to Booking“ mean?
The button „Go to Booking“ takes you directly to the monthly overview where you can select the desired teetime by clicking on it.

What do I do if I see the hourly overview on the day I selected?
Click on your desired teetime. This will take you to the reservation mask.

What do I have to enter in the reservation mask?
Select the rate. If you are not playing alone, enter the data for the other players manually or select them by clicking on the „add a friend“ button, which opens your list „Flight partners“. Click now on „continue“.

Which rate do I choose in the reservation mask?
You choose the rate that applies for you. For example: As a club member you select the rate club member, as a guest you select the rate Greenfee player. Please note that if you have selected the wrong rate, the club can ask for additional payment.

How does the credit card reservation work?
If you have selected a rate as a Greenfee player (the rate is not 0. -€) you must enter your credit card details to complete the reservation. Click on „Process payment“ and you will receive a reservation confirmation, which you can print out, as well as a confirmation by email. Your credit will be charged according to the club“s payment and cancellation conditions (normally 1 to 30 days before the teetime, see the clubs cancellation terms in „Club information“). Once the credit card has been charged it is not possible to cancel the booking any more.

How do I cancel a booking?
Click on the flag „my teeontime“ and then on „My bookings“, where you can see all the reservations you made. If you select „cancel“ you can see the details of booking again before choosing „Cancel booking“ or „Cancel and new“ to make a new reservation. If you chose „Cancel and new“ you are redirected to the three day overview where you can select a new flight.
